Multiaxis

Our Mastercam Instructor will guide our students through the Mastercam Multi-Axis Interface and the fundamentals of Multi-Axis Programming. In the class our students will learn to program many parts from start to finishing and cement the fundamentals of Mastercam Multi-Axis Programming with examples based upon real world scenarios. Upon completion of this class students will understand geometry selection, cut patterns, tool axis control, and collision avoidance for Mastercam Multi-Axis programming.

On-site Mastercam Training

Every company has unique training needs. That’s why MACDAC Engineering offers customized and tailored classes to suit those needs with maximum flexibility. Whether training sessions are hosted at our facility or at your own, we are happy to accommodate your shop’s needs.

Over the years, we have found the following conditions to be best for onsite curriculum classes:

  • There needs to be a “classroom” type training room to accommodate all students. (Cubicles are not recommended).
  • Each student and the instructor should be provided with computers with the current version of Mastercam.
  • A video projector should be connected to the instructor’s computer with a screen placed in front of the room.
  • The classroom setup should place the instructor in the back of the room so the instructor can see all student computers.
  • Students should turn off all cell phones as not to be disturbed during class hours.

If a student needs to be pulled out of class, the class will continue and he/she will have to review the materials on their own time or ask the instructor for availability.
